Overview
Caribbean Professionals Business Network (CPBN) is a Caribbean-based Management Consulting organization. We add value to your business by bringing to bear the experience, knowledge, methodologies and tools that allow us to deliver rapid implementation of Value-Based Organisational Transformations.
CBPN represents the future of consulting. Our Associates are based in Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica, and Canada. We are a virtual organization and represent a unique combination of industry and subject matter expertise, as well as international experience, and an in-depth understanding of the Caribbean business environment.
Our priority is to ensure that everything we do for our clients is “100% referenceable”. This simply means that if asked, you will, without hesitation, give our performance a 100% rating.
Our Consulting Philosophy
We are interested in providing solutions that can and will be implemented, rather than reports that sit on shelves in organisations. We are therefore firmly of the view that any proposed business improvement recommendations must be owned by those who will be asked to implement them and will be accountable for the performance outcomes.
Our intention is therefore to always work collaboratively with the client during our consulting assignments. Given our analysis of the situation we are always working to position ourselves as the most effective blend of Technical Expert and Process Facilitator. See below:
It is through our use of the ToP Method (Technology of Participation), the methodology used by the CPBN team, that we can bring “the wisdom of the group” to bear on any critical business improvement recommendations. Our facilitated approach provides a means of building change management into our engagements from start to finish, rather than as a set of “add-on” activities at the end of an engagement.

Jeffrey Sealy
Caribbean-based consultant specializing in Business Performance Management and Organizational Transformation.
His work includes:
- The development of Strategic Management systems for organizations
- The alignment of People, Process, Organization, and enabling ICTs
- The deployment of performance measurement and reporting systems that allow managers to track and improve performance at the corporate, department, and individual levels within their organizations.
Jeff has led numerous engagements in the areas of Strategic Planning & Management, Business Planning & Budgeting, Enterprise & Employee Performance Management, Strategic Cost Management, Shared Services implementation, Business Intelligence & Reporting, and Organizational Reviews.
Jeff spent 16 years with Shell International Petroleum Company in various locations regionally and internationally, including the UK, Central & South America, and French West Africa. He has held senior leadership positions in Finance and IT in Oil Marketing and Trading, has worked in acquisitions and divestments with Shell UK, and was previously responsible for leading Corporate Business Controls Reviews for Shell companies in French West Africa, Sudan, and in Latin America, from Mexico to Uruguay.
Prior to setting up his own consulting organization, Jeff was a Principal Consultant with both KPMG’s Business Transformation practice in Toronto, and with Atlanta-based Perform Consulting.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (BSc Management Studies) and York University, Toronto (MBA) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (FCPA, FCMA).

Alicia Lyle
Alicia Lyle is Co-founder and Senior Consultant in CPBN's Strategic Human Resources and Change Management practice and is a highly experienced Human Resources Professional with over 20 years’ progressive experience in the field. She is competent in all aspects of strategic and operational human capital management, with extensive training and experience in quality management, service excellence and process improvement.
Prior to consulting, Alicia held Executive Leadership positions in the Services, Technology and Electric Utility Sectors as well as having served a 13-year stint in the diplomatic arena heading a major unit within the Embassy of the United States of America in Jamaica. She has worked with Xerox Corporation as HR and Quality Manager, The Hilton Kingston as HR Director, The Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) as HR Director and subsequently as Acting Vice President of Administration there. In this latter role she had responsibility for several support functions, including Human Resource Services, Procurement, Health, Safety and Environment, ICT, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications as well as Government & Regulatory Affairs. Currently , she is engaged in providing Human Resource and Business Management consulting services to various individuals and organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Alicia has represented Jamaica and the Service Industry at several forums convened by the International Labour Organization (ILO) locally and overseas as both presenter and participant.
Alicia holds a B.Sc. in Administrative Management, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Certificate in Project Management. She is also a trained Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitator, a certified Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) Facilitator and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Tastey Blackman
Associate Consultant with CPBN (Caribbean Professionals Business Network)
She is a well-qualified, and experienced former senior executive, who has worked primarily in sales and distribution roles across the Caribbean with the largest cement company in the region as well as with one of the global leaders in the package handling, logistics, and distribution industry.
She is ideally suited to working in strategic industries and on projects with a national impact that require an action-oriented individual with a sense of ownership and ability to handle strategic projects.
Tastey holds a BSC in Physical Therapy from the UWI and an MBA from the University of New Orleans and started her career in the pharmaceuticals industry. She is a certified Project Manager and a trained ToP method facilitator.

Tito Sealy
Consultant with CPBN (Caribbean Professionals Business Network)
He is a results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience, a proven track record of accomplishments in Cost and Profitability Analytics, Activity Based Costing, Shared Services Costing, and Budgeting/Planning implementations.
Tito has extensive experience in business processes analysis, ensuring they are effective, accurately documented, understood, implemented, and aligning with best practice. Tito has a strong commitment to professional client service excellence, superior verbal and written skills, proven analytical skills, and systematic problem-solving.
Tito holds a BSC in Biology from Dalhousie University, a BSC in Management from the University of Tampa, and is a trained ToP Method Facilitator.

Michele Baptiste
Associate Consultant with CPBN (Caribbean Professionals Business Network)
She is a well-qualified, and experienced former senior executive, geared towards strategic thinking, project management, Business Process Reengineering, performance measurement, and finance.
She has acquired a wealth of experience through her exposure to challenging work in one of the ‘Big 4’ auditing firms in the world, the largest P&C Company in the region, and the fastest-growing insurance group in Trinidad and Tobago and more recently as an implementation consultant throughout the Caribbean Region, working with state agencies, private and public companies. She is ideally suited to working with forward-thinking organizations and on strategic projects that require an action-oriented individual with a sense of ownership and ability to handle strategic projects.
Michele holds a BSC Management Studies, is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute) - Chartered Insurer, a member of The Project Management Institute, and a certified member of the Balanced Scorecard Institute.
