Assessment Centre Services for recruitment and promotion

An Assessment Centre is a process by which an external or internal candidate for a position within your organisation is measured against the competency specification for the role they hope to fill. This is done through a series of competency-based assessment exercises with an interview as part of the overall process.

The CPBN team will develop the competency specification for the role to be filled and will administer the Assessment Centre process on your behalf, using some of the assessment tools used in our individual assessments. Your Assessment Centre process can be completely virtually (see below)
