CPBN’s Executive Coaching Intervention

Coaching is a developmental partnership based on shared responsibility between a coach and an individual and is designed to promote and support an individual’s professional development and personal achievement. At CPBN we follow a goal-oriented process that ensures understanding, commitment, action and learning, to get the best results from the coaching intervention.

Coaching was once reserved for Corporate Level (C-level) Executives, but today coaching is viewed as a standard part of most best practice leadership development processes and many more people can have access to this transformational personal and professional developmental experience.

CPBN’s Executive Coaching Intervention (ECI) is one of the most powerful developmental opportunities an individual can receive. Your ECI is tailored to your individual needs, but whatever the elements of your intervention, the coaching process will result in sustainable positive changes in how you work and how relationships are built and maintained.

Simply put, CPBN’s ECI works because it will create change through personal empowerment and will help participants realize their desire to perform better, have more productive relationships, and meet or exceed goals they have set out to reach.

At its most fundamental level CPBN’s ECI is a series of “Facilitated Conversations.” These conversations happen within the framework of adult learning models and get results through a focused systematic approach. Our approach creates a platform for continuous learning and growth through discovery and action taking.

Our Executive Coaching Interventions start with the use of various assessment instruments including the Workplace Personality Inventory, Emotional Intelligence Quotient assessments, Sigma Leadership Assessmen ® and the Strengths Deployment Inventory, SDI®. The overall ECI approach is shown below.
